After a consultation, GetClinic can use AI to generate a structured clinical summary from your free-text notes.
How to use it
- Open an appointment or consultation record
- Enter your consultation notes in the notes field
- Click Summarise with AI
- The AI generates a structured SOAP-style summary
- Review, edit if needed, and save
What the AI generates
- Chief complaint — the main reason for the consultation
- History — relevant history from your notes
- Examination findings — if mentioned
- Assessment — clinical impression
- Plan — proposed management
⚠️ Important: AI-generated summaries must always be reviewed by the clinician before saving. The AI does not have access to other patient records and its output should not be used as a standalone clinical judgement.
