Register your lab

Submit your laboratory accreditation details (UKAS, CPA, or equivalent), contact information, and supported test panels. Our team verifies your accreditation and activates your lab portal — typically within 2 business days.

Receive lab orders from prescribers

When a prescriber raises a lab test request for a patient, the order appears instantly in your lab portal inbox. You receive the patient's details, the requested panel, and any clinical context the prescriber has provided.

Process & upload results

Process the sample and upload results directly to the patient's record within the GetClinic platform. Supported formats include PDF reports, structured HL7/FHIR data, and our native result entry interface. Critical values can be flagged for immediate prescriber attention.

Results visible to prescriber & patient

Results are immediately visible to the prescriber in the patient's EHR, and can optionally be shared with the patient via their secure patient portal. The prescriber is notified in real-time when results are uploaded.
