Understanding the patient profile
The patient profile is the central record for everything related to a patient at your clinic.
Profile tabs
| Tab | Contents |

| Overview | Demographics, contact info, allergies, GP details |
| Consultations | All clinical notes from past consultations |
| Prescriptions | All prescriptions issued to this patient, with status |
| Appointments | Upcoming and past appointments |
| Documents | Uploaded consent forms, ID documents, referral letters, and reports |
| Medications | Current and past medication record |
Editing patient details
Click the edit icon next to any field in the Overview tab to update patient information. Changes are saved immediately.
