Account pending approval
When a new prescriber registers on GetClinic, their account must be approved by the GetClinic admin team before they can access the platform. This is a regulatory compliance step.
What happens during review?
- The GetClinic team verifies your professional registration (GMC, NMC, GPhC, etc.)
- Your ID documents are checked
- Your clinic setup is confirmed
How long does approval take?
Approval typically takes 1–2 business days. You'll receive an email notification when your account is approved.
During the wait
You can still log in and see the pending approval page. If you've been waiting longer than 2 business days, contact support@getclinic.io.
