Modern Slavery Act Statement

Financial year ending 2026 · Section 54, Modern Slavery Act 2015

1. Introduction

This statement is made pursuant to section 54(1) of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and constitutes Intellicons Technology Ltd's slavery and human trafficking statement for the financial year ending 2026.

Intellicons Technology Ltd (trading as GetClinic) is committed to acting ethically and with integrity in all our business dealings and relationships, and to implementing and enforcing effective systems and controls to ensure modern slavery and human trafficking are not taking place anywhere in our own business or in our supply chains.

2. Our Organisation

Intellicons Technology Ltd is a technology company registered in England and Wales. We develop and operate GetClinic, a clinical management platform for UK independent prescribers and private healthcare providers. Our workforce is small, UK-based, and primarily engaged in software development, operations, and customer support.

3. Our Supply Chains

Our supply chains are limited in scope and consist principally of:

  • Cloud infrastructure and hosting providers (based in the UK and USA)
  • Software-as-a-service providers for email, communication, and analytics
  • Professional services providers including legal, accountancy, and compliance advisers

We do not manufacture physical goods or engage with complex global supply chains. The risk of modern slavery within our direct supply chain is assessed as low given the nature of our operations and the jurisdictions in which our key suppliers operate.

4. Policies in Relation to Slavery and Human Trafficking

We are committed to ensuring there is no modern slavery or human trafficking in our business or supply chains. Our policies relevant to this commitment include:

  • Recruitment policy: We only use reputable employment agencies and verify the right to work for all employees and contractors.
  • Code of conduct: All employees and contractors are expected to act with integrity and report concerns without fear of retaliation.
  • Supplier due diligence: We conduct proportionate due diligence on key suppliers and service providers.

5. Due Diligence Processes

Given the size and nature of our business, our due diligence processes include:

  • Selecting suppliers who are subject to robust UK or equivalent regulatory frameworks
  • Reviewing supplier terms of service and acceptable use policies for compliance commitments
  • Maintaining awareness of and compliance with UK employment law and right-to-work obligations

6. Risk Assessment

We assess the risk of modern slavery in our business to be low because:

  • Our workforce is small and entirely UK-based
  • We do not operate in higher-risk sectors such as manufacturing, agriculture, or construction
  • Our key suppliers are established technology companies subject to their own modern slavery obligations

We will continue to monitor and review this risk assessment as our business grows.

7. Training and Awareness

We ensure that awareness of modern slavery risks is maintained within our team, including through:

  • Including modern slavery awareness in onboarding materials for new employees and contractors
  • Making this statement publicly available and accessible to all staff

8. Reporting Concerns

Any employee, contractor, or third party who has concerns about modern slavery, human trafficking, or related practices within our business or supply chain should report this immediately to:

Email: support@getclinic.io
Subject line: Modern Slavery Concern

Reports may be made anonymously. We will not tolerate retaliation against anyone who raises a genuine concern in good faith.

9. Approval

This statement has been approved by the board of directors of Intellicons Technology Ltd and will be reviewed and updated annually.
